Delivery and Collection
Do you offer a delivery/ collection service?
Yes, when you arrange to hire or buy our equipment you will be asked if you would like the equipment delivered; if so, a delivery address will be taken. Delivery and collection charges will be quoted at this time.
Do I need identification to hire from you?
If you do not hold an account with us, we will request two forms of identification prior to the start of the hire. Both items must show the hirer's name and address. This identification will be copied for our records.
How do I return an item?
When you've finished with the equipment that you hired from us, just call the issuing Service Centre and quote your contract number or the FLG Services asset number located on the equipment. We will amend your contract and issue you with an off-hire reference number. It is essential that you take a note of the reference number issued to avoid any queries.
What is my responsibility regarding returns?
All equipment remains on hire and therefore chargeable until it’s returned. Should you require our collection service, please contact the issuing Service Centre and ensure you obtain an off-hire number. The security of any equipment remains your responsibility until it’s collected by us or has been returned by you.
Can I collect my order instead of having it delivered?
Yes, we are always happy to deliver. However, we understand customers’ needs can differ and sometimes collection may be more convenient. Please discuss your requirements with your supplying Service Centre.
Is there a charge for delivery and collection?
Our rates for delivery and collection vary depending on your location; you will receive a quote when you place your order.
Do I need to clean the equipment before returning it?
Yes, we ask that you clean all hired equipment before returning it. A cleaning charge will be levied if equipment is returned dirty.
